On the very first morning of Science Week, a mysterious object will appear in the Hive (library space). Is it an egg? Is it a seed? No one knows for sure!
Each day, the mystery object will crack open a little more, revealing clues for young scientists to investigate. Students wil be able to visit daily to make observations, record discoveries, and develop their own theories about what might be inside.
As learners explore, get hands-on with the Discovery Trays filled with fascinating specimens including seeds, soil, eggs, feathers, scales and more. Everyone at Parafield Gardens Primary will be using scientific thinking, curiosity and observation skills to solve the mystery before the big reveal at the end of Science Week!
