We know many of you will be taking a much-needed break after National Science Week 2026… but the Inspiring Australia – Science Engagement Program is already gearing up for our 30th anniversary by opening their National Science Week 2027 grants!
Individuals and organisations can apply for up to $20,000 to deliver science engagement activities for the 30th anniversary of National Science Week.
Applications close 6 October.
The grants aim to foster a deeper appreciation of science and technology by supporting a range of diverse activities. These can include:
- in-person activities such as workshops, fairs and theatre
- online activities with two-way audience participation
- do-it-yourself (DIY) activities
- virtual tours
- other events and activities.
