Inspire your students to make a difference this National Science Week!

Meet an amazing marine scientist from Seabin Foundation’s Ocean Health Lab and help them to complete a real science experiment from beginning to end. Students will examine the waste collected by a Seabin, scientifically categorise the samples and create a data display of their results. Along the way, students will learn about the pollution problems facing our ocean, what this means for the environment, and how they can help to make the world a safer, cleaner place.

Materials Required:

Presented by the Australian National Maritime Museum and the Seabin Foundation.

This session will start at 2pm for all states observing Australian Eastern Standard Time (NSW, ACT, Qld, Vic & Tas), 1.30pm for Schools in SA and NT and 12pm for WA.
