Seeds of Science a collaboration between Fremantle Primary School and Apace Nursery in North Fremantle 

Wednesday 19th or Thursday 20th August 

A hands-on interactive programme for Pre Primary students at FPS. 

1. Bus to APACE Nursery Johannah St, North Fremantle.
2. Meet and Greet Apace Zoe - toilets 
3. River blessing / Acknowledgment of country -  Prawn bay 

ACTIVITIES     
 A. Storytelling : Listen to the story of Looking after country with Fire then create Art in response to
If time, take a tour of the SMOKING SHED ( seed germination for Natives ) 
B.   Making Seed bombs  ( soil, seeds, clay and material ) 
C.  Noongar / nature matching game then a scavenger hunt - using noongar names 
     bilya   diljit    djitti djitti      and hunting / gathering for YAMS (buried potatoes) 
D.  Photography. Take a photo of a natural part of the landscape or shore line ( IPADS x 5 )
