Come join the Australian Association for Environmental Education to watch our Pedal Powered Cinema, where we will use two bikes to generate enough power to run the movie projector.
We will show the film The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind and enjoy pizzas and pedal-powered smoothies during the interval. You can have a go at pedalling if you like.
Our energy expert Mike Fewings will explain how the system works, using the bikes, batteries and inverters, and we can think about the value of energy and discuss ways we might generate our own power.
