The Forrest Research Foundation invites you to its National Science Week Showcase on August 8th 2026. Join us in creating memorable experiences at the frontiers of science.

We've teamed up with Supersonic Science, who will guide you into exciting and explosive experiments all-day long. You can...

  • Embark on virtual reality experiences where you can journey inside molecules or watch the Universe being born.
  • Tour the scientific frontiers at our Science Stations featuring meteorites, carbon-fibre bones, a black hole hunt, shark skeletons, gravity waves, and more!
  • Watch, listen, and ask questions as top young scientists share their research in a full-day schedule of short-feature presentations.
