Get ready for an exciting day of science, creativity, and teamwork!

This fun STEM event brings together students from eight primary schools, a special school, and two high schools for an unforgettable Science Week experience at Bond University. Working alongside Robina State High School and guided by trained Year 8–12 STEM Ambassadors, students will explore big ideas in science, technology, engineering, and maths in a hands-on way.

Students will work in mixed-school teams to take on a series of mystery challenges linked to real-world science and engineering. From exploring robotics and problem-solving to activities inspired by seeds, growth, and sustainability, each task encourages curiosity, creativity, and teamwork—without giving away all the surprises before the day!

All activities are designed so every student can take part and succeed, including those from the special school. A guest speaker from Bond University will also connect students to real STEM careers and research, showing how today’s ideas can shape tomorrow’s world.

This event celebrates collaboration, inclusion, and the power of STEM to help ideas grow into solutions for future challenges.
