ExBEERimental Science throws down the ultimate brewing challenge during National Science Week with The Brewers Gauntlet.

Four Tasmanian breweries will push brewing to the limits, using science and creativity to experiment with ingredients, processes, and techniques that take brewing to the next level. Through guided tastings and lively conversations with brewers and scientists, discover the chemistry, biology, and innovation behind every sip.

In addition to our Hobart event, this year we’ll be taking the show on the road with taster events, bringing delicious science to regional areas of Tasmania.
