Woodville STEMFEST 2026 is an exciting, all-day celebration of learning as part of National Science Week, inspired by the theme “Seeds of Science: Nurturing Knowledge for All.”

Students will work in buddy classes, fostering teamwork, leadership, and collaboration as they rotate through five engaging, hands-on STEM activities throughout the day. Each experience has been carefully designed to spark curiosity and deepen understanding of how plants grow, survive, and support life on Earth.

Activities include a Seed Dissection Lab, where students explore the inner structure of seeds; a Seed Dispersal Engineering Challenge, encouraging creative problem-solving; a Bee Pollination Activity, highlighting the importance of pollinators; a Capillary Action Experiment (Walking Water), demonstrating how water moves through plants; and a Build a Flower Model task, where students construct and label the parts of a flower.

Woodville STEMFEST 2026 celebrates curiosity, creativity, and connection, providing students with meaningful, hands-on opportunities to explore science while nurturing a lifelong love of learning.
