Calling all young nature lovers! Drop in and join us for a hands-on workshop inspired by the 2026 School Theme for National Science Week Seeds of Science: Nurturing knowledge for all.

Discover a fascinating variety of seedpods and learn how plants grow, reproduce and spread their seeds. Using clay, you will then create their own seedbombs inspired by nature, with plenty of opportunity to add imaginative and creative designs.

You will also make seedbombs filled with regional native wildflower seeds to take home. Toss them into your garden at the first signs of spring and help create a colourful habitat for bees, butterflies and other important pollinators.

This is a drop-in activity. No bookings required. 

Suitable for children aged 5 years and over. 

Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
