SCINEMA Event Description Hosted By OmniSci Magazine (at The University of Melbourne)

We are a student union and Faculty of Science affiliated science communication magazine and club at the University of Melbourne. We publish semesterly magazine issues online and yearly print edition collections of student written plain language articles and creative procces accompanied by student made illustrations, all centered around a scientific theme. We host free events for our club members and love the SCInema film festival as a way to host a movie night that celebrates the exact kind of science communication we promote through our magazine.
