This National Science Week, students at Goomeri State School will have the opportunity to explore, investigate and discover the wonders of science through a range of engaging, hands-on activities. Across the week, students will participate in experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity and critical thinking while making connections between science and the world around them.

Activities will highlight the importance of scientific inquiry, environmental awareness and innovation, giving students opportunities to work collaboratively, ask questions and develop their understanding of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics). National Science Week is a wonderful celebration of discovery and provides an opportunity for students of all ages to develop a deeper appreciation for the role science plays in our everyday lives.
