Each day there are free keeper talks about various animals including the black rhino, cheetah, elephant, and tortoise, as well as feeding of the lemurs, meerkats, spider monkeys, and deer. The zoo also offers some animal encounters for an extra fee.

Visitors can drive, walk or ride bicyles around the 5 km road that leads to all of the animals. There are picnic areas, water stations, and toilets along the way. Bikes and electric carts are available for hire.

The zoo is open everyday. Admission fees apply and tickets must be pre-purchased. The zoo has a gift shop, cafes and overnight on-site accommodation.
