Enjoy the serenity of Seven Mile Beach National Park by moonlight and discover the wonderful world of the Southern Greater Glider with experienced guide and Gerroa Environmental Protection Society President, Warren Holder.
You'll have an excellent chance of encountering the fascinating Southern Greater Gliders, along with other wild creatures that call this beautiful patch of coastal forest home.
While wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, Warren's extensive local knowledge means torchlight encounters are highly likely.
Greater Gliders are truly impressive nocturnal marsupials found only in eastern Australia. They have a body size similar to a domestic cat, but with a fluffy tail longer than their body. They inhabit only a small number of eucalypt forests and woodlands, for various reasons you'll learn about during the walk.
