As part of National Science Week 2026, Malvern Primary School is bringing SCINEMA to the big screen. SCINEMA is an international science film festival packed with short films, documentaries, animations and stories that show science in fascinating and unexpected ways.

Forget boring textbooks — this is science you can watch, wonder about and talk about! 🌏🚀🧠

Our special screening will showcase films from the 2026 SCINEMA program, giving students the chance to explore amazing science stories from around the world. From the natural world and our oceans to technology, physics, health, space and more, there is plenty to spark curiosity and get students thinking.

The best part? Students don't need to be a science expert. They just need to be ready to watch, wonder and ask, “How does that work?”

So grab your popcorn, settle in and prepare to see science in a whole new way!
