Five embassies in Canberra are organising a Science Movie Festival to celebrate the importance of sharing and coordinating research across the world to foster innovative approaches of science. This event brings together the embassies of France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and Italy, along with the EU Delegation in Australia and the ANU.
On Thursday night, the theme is Artificial Intelligence.
We'll watch the 82-minute movie Wider than the sky, followed by a panel discussion.
This film brings us closer to the world-renowned artists, dancers and scientists exploring the different paths that artificial intelligence is taking. Is a collective use of AI to shape a positive future for humanity even possible?
