Join us in the tiny village of Bogan Gate, under August's New Moon, for a free guided tour of our galaxy with astro-educator Alex Abbey, co-founder of the Central West Astronomical Society, and fellow astronomers.
This community event is co-hosted by the Inland Astro-Trail and Bogan Gate Primary School, and includes a pop-up exhibition of celestial artworks by the school's pupils.
BYO meat to barbecue or buy dinner on-site.
Note: If the sky is overcast on the 13th, this event will take place on the following Thursday, 20 August.
