Inspiration in the making, our new science room mural. Created by a local First Nations artist and supported by a National Science Week grant we will be in the process of creating the mural and inspiring student design ideas in conjunction with our First Nations artist. The mural will showcase the knowledge and experience of our First Nations Scientists. The connection to the students learning journey in science and our shared understanding of our place in space.
Students will be undertaking a National Science Week STEAM activity connected to the mural and the learning it will showcase. The school will later celebrate a formal unveiling of the mural upon its completion.
