East Marden is hosting a science spectacular this National Science Week.

Families from East Marden Primary School and Kindergartens in the area are welcome to come along to the night and experience science shows, hands on science activities lead by our wonderful year 6 students, and some of the wonderful work by our school students.  Events will include:

• Presentations by the EMPS Lego League teams who will be showing off their project builds.
• Guest science displays from our parent community and Local High Schools
• Displays of the Oliphant Science Award projects that students at EMPS have created this year. 
• Displays of our Year 2 students Mary Anning Art Project entries of the Mega Fauna found at the Narracorte caves

Student led activities, including: 

• Sphero Coding (run by our STEM leaders)
• Seed Balls
• Chromatography creatures
• Grass Heads
• Cypher Codes
• Practicing your STEM design skills with a Catapult competition......which design will go the furthest?

There will be prizes, competitions and science fun galore. We can't wait to see you there.
