Join us for a free community celebration of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) during National Science Week. Whether you're a future scientist, a curious explorer, or simply looking for a fun family afternoon out, there's something for everyone.

Meet real scientists, researchers, engineers and STEM professionals from across the Kimberley and beyond. Take part in exciting hands-on activities, interactive exhibits and live demonstrations that showcase how STEM is helping us understand and improve the world around us.

Build, create, investigate and experiment as you explore topics ranging from health and medical research to environmental science, engineering, technology and more. Learn about local STEM projects, discover exciting career pathways and see how STEM is making a difference in regional communities.

The festival will also feature live entertainment, a free sausage sizzle and activities suitable for all ages.

The Kids STEM Festival Broome is designed to inspire curiosity, encourage problem-solving and show young people that STEM opportunities exist right here in the Kimberley. Bring your family, friends and questions, and get ready for two afternoons packed with discovery, creativity and fun.
