The Experience Nannup, Nannup Flower and Garden Festival will be back for its 29th year, running over 10 days, from August 7th to 16th.
Your favourite Gardening Australia presenters will be joining us in 2026. On the first weekend we are excited to welcome back Sophie Thomson, as well as Faye Arcaro and Guy Jeffreys accompanied by many other local presenters you all know and love including Steve Wood. We are also very excited to announce that our favourite garden gnome Costa, will be returning to Nannup after a year's hiatus, on the second festival weekend of August 15 and 16. He will be joined by Millie Ross also returning after a year away. This is just the tip of the iceberg, with more to be announced in the coming weeks.
This year’s theme and National Science Week carry particular significance given the current climate. Grow • Gather • Feast is more than a lifestyle—it's a living laboratory where science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) come together to shape a more sustainable food future. A series of workshops held in the kitchen and the garden and will focus on the below topics:
GROW in your backyard, balcony or bush block. Seasonal Growing. Healthy Soils. Edible Ecosystems. Regenerative Practises.
GATHER your harvest. Celebrate Homegrown. Preserve for future seasons. Collect seeds for future planting. Gather as community to share skills, share produce and seeds. Respectful bush foraging. Gather knowledge through workshops demonstrations & cultural food traditions.
FEAST together, seasonally, without waste, mindful conversations about where food comes from, connecting the home gardener, small growers and chefs.
