Come along to Moruya Library this National Science Week as we screen a selection of short films from this year’s SCINEMA: an international science film festival based in Australia.
Pronounced with a long ‘i’ to emphasise the science behind the cinema, SCINEMA provides a platform for professional, amateur and student filmmakers to showcase their work. SCINEMA accepts entries from all over the world and was founded to forge links between the sciences and the arts. Come along to see a selection of this year’s entries of short dramas, documentaries, animations or epic natural history. Film titles will be released by SCINEMA organisers in early August. Stay tuned for our program of film titles.
Enjoy the films, light refreshments, and a chat afterwards.
Bookings will be via Eventbrite (event booking details to come in June).
