Science Week 2026 – Explore, Discover, Create! Get ready for a week of exciting science activities! During Science Week, students will have the opportunity to explore, investigate and discover how science helps us understand the world around us. On Wednesday 19 August, Primary students will take part in a 30-minute hands-on science session, while Secondary students will enjoy their session on Thursday 20 August. Each session will feature a range of fun activities where students can experiment, solve problems, observe fascinating science demonstrations and discover something new. Throughout the week, classes may also participate in additional Science Week activities during lessons. These could include simple experiments, engineering challenges, science games and other engaging investigations designed to encourage curiosity and scientific thinking. Whether you're building, testing, observing or experimenting, there will be something for everyone. Science Week is all about asking questions, trying new ideas and having fun while learning. We look forward to seeing all students get involved and celebrate the amazing world of science!
