Water Wonders: Water for Life – Helping Plants and People Grow is a FREE hands-on, child-led STEAM program for kids aged 2–5 that celebrates National Science Week by turning water play into a fun science adventure.
Using pipes and special water racing gates, kids will experiment with how water flows, how pressure changes the speed, and how different setups affect movement. This hands-on play helps children explore important science ideas like cause-and-effect, problem-solving, and critical thinking—all through joyful, playful discovery.
Alongside water experiments, children will dig into soil, plant seeds, and learn how water helps plants grow, making real-world connections between science and nature.
