On Friday, August 15, our Year 5/6 students will proudly present their Science Expo, featuring an exciting display of cardboard arcade games inspired by Caine’s Arcade. Throughout the term, students have been learning about forces, motion and simple machines, and have applied this knowledge to design and build their own interactive arcade games using recycled materials. From throwing games to mini golf and skill-based challenges, each game showcases their creativity, problem-solving, and hands-on engineering skills. Families and friends are warmly invited to come along, play the games, and celebrate the students’ imagination and hard work. We look forward to seeing you there!
