Get ready to design, create and shine!

Join us at Vale View State School for 3Divas, a fun and creative after-school workshop where girls can explore STEM through the exciting world of 3D design and printing.

Students will learn how 3D printers work, how to use special software to design their jewellery, and watch their designs come to life layer by layer. At the end of the day, they’ll take home a unique piece of jewellery that they designed themselves!

This workshop is part of National Science Week and is completely free. It’s perfect for girls who like to create, imagine and try something new with technology. You don’t need any experience with 3D printing — we’ll show you everything you need to know. All equipment and materials will be provided.

The goal of this event is to show how STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) can be fun, creative and inspiring. We want to give girls the chance to see how these skills can be used in real life to make something amazing.

While schools with 3D printers are encouraged to come along, everyone is welcome — students, teachers and anyone curious about 3D design!

This event is supported by Inspiring Australia Queensland, through funding from the Australian Government.
