Extending 1.841 km into the beautiful waters of Geographe Bay, the heritage-listed Busselton Jetty is one of Western Australia’s top tourist attractions, located just two and a half hours’ drive south of Perth.

Ride the solar-powered train to the end of the Jetty to reach the Underwater Observatory, where you’ll head eight metres below sea level to see a thriving reef system wrapped around the Jetty’s timber pylons, with an experienced guide to help you discover the local species.

Back on land, the Marine Discovery Centre offers interactive exhibits for all ages—learn about local marine parks, the role of technology in marine research and conservation, and about the vital connection between humans and ocean health.

For the adventurous, snorkel or dive through the Underwater Sculpture Park, built to support marine life and research. Visitors can get hands-on by joining citizen science projects that help monitor species and ocean conditions.

The Jetty is wheelchair accessible and companion card friendly.
