To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the South Australian Museum’s Science Centre Building, we’re opening the doors for a rare behind the scenes tour during National Science Week.
Explore the labs, collection spaces and working science areas usually closed to the public. Discover how our scientists study biodiversity, evolution and extinction, and learn about the specimens that help tell the story of life on Earth.
Tours will be run from Monday 11 to Friday 15 August 2025, with 11am sessions each day and a 4pm session on Wednesday.
Tours are now all sold out.
