Get ready to roll into Science Week with Sphero Soccer Space Challenge!
This exciting event will turn our classroom into a mini planet exploration and soccer stadium – all controlled by code!

Using our brand-new Sphero Soccer/Space Mat, students will work in teams to program Sphero robots to complete fun challenges. First, they’ll try space-themed missions like navigating Sphero through asteroid fields or landing on a planet. Then, it’s game on as we switch to soccer mode! Students will code their robots to dribble, pass, and even score goals on the mat.

Throughout the event, students will use real coding blocks to move their robots, solve problems, and think like scientists and engineers. They’ll test their ideas, work together, and make changes to their code when things don’t go to plan (which is all part of learning!).

By the end, students will have had loads of fun while building important science and technology skills. It’s science, sport, and space all in one – and everyone’s invited to play!
