WHAT’S THE MATTER? is a fact-filled theatrical experience using an action packed narrative, appealing characters, comedy, high energy and audience interaction, along with some famous historical scientists to explain the Science of Light!

Jump aboard a galactic adventure to explore how 100 years ago this year, Albert Einstein used the science of light to define just what gravity actually is and how this helped him to document his famous Theory of General Relativity!

WHAT’S THE MATTER? is an in-school educational theatre performance that will explore the connection between how Isaac Newton discovered the law of gravity and then how Albert Einstein’s research on light helped him define what gravity is. Students will be taken on a journey to understand how gravitational waves in space and time is affected by the presence of matter – and so how ‘making waves’ all comes back to the Science of Light!
