UNE Discovery, one of UNE’s popular outreach and engagement programs that takes STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts & maths) out to schools and community events in northern NSW, is hosting a pop-up science stall in Armidale NSW during National Science Week. Open to the public and all completely free!
UNE Discovery invites the community to come and join their scientists for some exciting science play as they explore the natural world and the magic of physics. The team will bring animal specimens from UNE’s Natural History Museum, rocks, fossils, microscopes, models of the natural world and more. They’ll also have some magical tricks up their sleeve with some physics fun! We'll also be bringing our Imagination Playground, think big blue blocks, for our younger audiences to be creative and build their very own play space.
