Learn how Australian Scientists are contributing to our knowledge of the universe through SkyMapper and the Murchison Wide-field Array (MWA) with this screening of "Capturing the Cosmos", produced by CASTRO and Melbourne Planetarium at the historic Ballarat Municipal Observatory and Museum.

Bookings are essential.

Entrance: Site entrance is available via Magpie st. Gates open 15 minutes prior to start Carpark: Carpark is on the left once you have entered the gates on the grass and gravel area. Which Building: Baker Hall Accessiblity: There is a concrete pad that can be parked on for drop offs and pick up of wheel chair users connected to the footpath which connects to the hall. A portable ramp is available for access to the hall. Seats in hall are portable and can be moved to ensure space for a wheelchair where they would like to sit.
