Join us for our after-school science activities! These activities are designed for 4- to 12-year-olds. We'll be experimenting with magnets and exploring magnetic poles, forces, repulsion and attractions. This knowledge will be tested by making a magnetic maze and making our own compass.

Then, there is the slime kitchen. With your hands, you can explore all the things that ooze, squish and generally flow in unusual ways. Explore the behaviour and properties of different slimes and make your own guar gum slime to investigate back at home. 

After school science activities will be held at four Yarriambiack Library locations - Rupanyup, Warracknabeal, Woomelang and Beulah.
