Inspired by the United States National Informal STEM Education Network, Pocket Solar System is a hands-on activity in which participants make a scale model of the distances between objects in our solar system.

This activity is designed children aged 10 and over and will expand children's understanding of the Solar System, bringing in the dimension of distances between planets and introducing the concept of the ‘Goldilocks Zone’.
