Decode the universe with bugs, slugs and animal friends.
Victor Harbor Library is hosting a mini science fair with two mini presentations, Animals Anonymous and Bugs 'n Slugs.
Animals Anonymous will deliver an interactive session by wildlife educators; featuring a selection of feathered, furred and scaled native animals. Get up close and personal with our local wildlife and learn how they ‘Decode their Universe’.
Bugs ‘n ‘Slugs will introduce you to the world of invertebrate animals, with many live animals from a variety of invertebrate groups.
• come to appreciate the diversity of invertebrates and how they decode their universe
• learn about the general biology of invertebrates
• will identify the distinguishing features of major groups like spiders compared with insects or centipedes compared with millipedes will learn about the roles of invertebrates in nature.
This session is for the whole community to enjoy... from 5+ years to adults of all ages!
