Join Alia from Project Platypus for an engaging session learning about backyard bugs!
This workshop will teach participants how to identify creepy crawlies in the home garden, educating about the roles of different insects in the environment.
Participants will learn about Citizen Science to help research different creatures in the local environment, whilst engaging in activities designed to inspire curiosity for beneficial bugs and action against pest species.
This includes how to create habitat for helpful insects, and how to make traps for common garden pests including fruit fly.
