Join us in Ulverstone for the largest astronomy festival in the country as we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Moon landing. This year we will be live streaming from Houston and talking with the NASA team about the Apollo mission from those who were there.
Dress up as your favourite sci-fi heroes or scour the op-shops for your best 1960s look. Catch a movie or meet a stormtrooper for photo opportunities! Start with the basics or get stuck into talks covering how the moon was formed or even can we grow plants on other planets? Be an Apollo 11 astronaut in VR, see NASA displays and live science shows. Our photography gallery will be on display where you can take home your own souvenir of spectacular images. Join us throughout the three days as part of a school group or as a curious guest as we have something for everyone!
