This half-day forum on 13 August (9:00am to 12:30pm) showcases research questions and projects driving our understanding of renewable energy potential around Sandpatch, the Southern Ocean’s energetic wave zone off Albany’s rugged southern coast.

The optional Sandpatch Field Trip (1:00 – 3:15pm) offers an afternoon bus visit to the majestic cliffs and unique coastal habitats overlooking Sandpatch seascape.  Our guides highlight natural features to enhance our understanding of the region.
