Manunda Terrace Primary School are celebrating National Science Week by hosting a presentation on Indigenous Science and the impact it has on today’s technological advances. Topics covered include tools, navigation, seasons, tracking, Aboriginal cosmology, land management and bush medicine.

Manunda Terrace Primary School are celebrating National Science Week by hosting a presentation on Indigenous Science and the impact it has on today’s technological advances.

This session will be hosted by Dale Austin, Indigenous Consultant from Cockatoo Dingo, who will give an indepth overview of tools, navigation, the role of seasons, tracking, Aboriginal cosmology, land management and bush medicine.

The show aims to give insight on the incredible advancements of science used by Indigneous people and the impact that it has on today’s scientific developments and technology.
