Celebrate the end of National Science Week at the Hunter Science Festival at Newcastle Museum.

Everything is  free and for all the family!

So many shows, hands-on activities and scientists for you to engage with – including:

  • Science Shows by Museum Express – the favourite Gums to Bums – what exactly happens to your food once it goes into your mouth… to what comes out the other end!
  • Build and race a solar car
  • Climb aboard the garbage truck
  • Find out just how smart a Smart Pole is
  • Learn about and get close to some Australian reptiles and insects
