To help launch into National Science Week, Street Science will be hosting an exclusive online event, with participants being entertained by the team at Street Science – enjoying one of the Street Science award winning shows – Forces & Flight – followed by a hands-on rocket building workshop. The night will culminate in a massive, nationwide, simultaneous rocket launch.

To participate head to the Street Science Facebook event page, and purchase a ticket via the online store. Each ticket comes with a rocket making kit, with three rockets and enough material to launch the rockets up to 10 times.   

The first 200 kits will be fully subsidised (just pay for postage), with a second release of 300 kits partially subsidised: 

• first 200 tickets are fully subsidised (just pay $6.95 for postage)
• next 300 tickets are partially subsidised (just pay $10 plus $6.95 postage – total $16.95)
• after that $23 plus $6.95 postage ($29.95)
