Joelie Russell, Sea Shepherd’s Volunteer Marine Debris Coordinator, will hold a workshop on reducing our plastic footprint and share her experiences working to reduce plastic pollution in the Cocos Islands, Western Australia and Arnhem Land. Joelie will also give an overview of the beach clean-up planned for the following morning. This workshop will cater for all age levels, however as Joelie is a young adult herself, we expect this presentation to be extremely inspirational to our youth.
