This year's Young Tassie Scientists are University of Tasmania scientists who are keen to share their work through interactive talks and hands-on activities in Tasmanian schools and communities during National Science Week.
The Young Tassie Scientist on this roadtrip are:
- Mars Buttfield-Addison(she/her), computer scientist - space junk and satellites
- Stephanie Hutt (she/her), neuroscientist – super brain =cells
- Gayathry Krishnamurthy (she/her), geneticist – decoding genes with AI
