Yakult is committed to improving and providing a link between education and the food industry.
This unique Lab Skills Workshop is ideal for your budding scientist. Attendees will be guided as they carry out simulated scientific testing used to ensure Yakult's high-quality drink.
Each session runs for approximately 90 minutes. This includes a free factory tour of the Yakult facilities and the opportunity to taste the product.
Visitors can view the entire production process safely through large viewing windows. The hi-tech facility incorporates food processing equipment designed specifically for manufacturing Yakult, including Yakult's distinctively-shaped bottles, filling and packaging lines, culture, and quality control rooms.
- Bookings are essential. Sessions are free of charge but subject to availability.
- Maximum 20 attendees per session. The minimum age is 6 years old and above, families are welcome.

Visitor parking and free street parking are available. The session includes accessing four flights of stairs, please let us know if you require lift assistance. The minimum age of attendees for this program is 6 years old. No pram or baby carriers are allowed.
