You will learn about new food technology, ocean farming, sustainable cattle farming, edible insects, edible weeds and more. And the best bit? You will receive a future food snack box delivered to your door, full of exciting tastings which we will guide you through during the webinar.
We have a number of subsidised $5 tickets for students, concession-holders, people without work or who cannot work, casual or part-time employees. These have been generously subisidised by a National Science Week Community Grant and will be available on a first-come basis until sold out. Regular tickets are $35.

Post Dining is an Adelaide-based creative production company specialising in immersive experiences which reimagine the relationship between people, food and the environment. Since 2016, Directors Steph Daughtry and Hannah Rohrlach have created multiple award-winning theatre shows, workshops, events and experiences. Hannah is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, visual artist and food designer. Steph is a Creative Producer working across theatre, film and events.
