The Kids’ Conference is presenting a Girls in STEM Quantum Computing research workshop as a part of National Science Week.

The Kids’ Conference is excited to present this unique quantum computing workshop, which will be conducted by Professor Lloyd Hollenberg from The University of Melbourne, who specialises in Quantum Computing and is hosted by The Royal Society of Victoria. 

Lloyd is a professor in the School of Physics, University of Melbourne. He has been working in and around quantum for many years and currently runs the IBM Quantum Hub at the University.

This developmental workshop is designed to assist senior secondary students in preparing for a Quantum Computing research presentation at Kids' Conference Australia on 14 November at The University of Melbourne. Pre-workshop reading about quantum computing.
