Are you interested in solving the problems of tomorrow? Want to know how you can be part of the solution?

Engineering and science are for everyone, and engineering and environmental consultancy pitt&sherry invite you to explore STEM beyond school.

Experience first hand how your STEM subjects can lead you to a career that helps solve the problems of today, and tomorrow.

What’s the program?

This is a 3-day immersive program for women, by women. Students will be guided by an ensemble of exceptional women with established careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

It’s free to participate, and open to Year 9 and 10 girls in Tasmanian public schools.

This is your chance to put boots on the ground, visiting workplaces to see STEM in action.

You’ll get to hear women at all career levels talk about their unique STEM fields, the challenges they’ve faced, and the steps they’ve taken to shape their careers.

You’ll be able to undertake group design challenges with guidance from women working on some of Australia’s biggest technical projects.

And… you’ll get to chat with some amazing women about how to make a career in STEM work for you.
