After a successful 2020 edition, Ferment-Home-Station is back to debunk the science behind fermentation. Join us as we have teamed up with the The Sourdoguh Library in Belgiumg to on a quest to find Tasmania (and maybe Australia's) oldest sourdough and to deliver a masterclass on sourdough baking by expert chef Morgan Clemenston.

Vitus, the globe trotting sourdough starter in the Sorudough Library is also coming to Tasmania for this event, to be fed with the special Cascade waters of Kunyayi.
