Developing from the Innovation: Powering Future Industries theme for National Science Week, our project involves a series of hands on workshops for children and adults, learning how to use energy from the Earth's elements. 

This workshop during National Science Week will capture harnessing different elements to create a source of energy.

Water 

Create a hydroelectric waterwheel. We will provide DIY kits that we will build together to each create a working waterwheel to create energy. With staff and local volunteer guest facilitators demonstrating and discussing the factors of using water to create a source of energy while assisting participants to complete their kits.
