Students in Early Stage 1 will be continuing their exploration of push and pull forces through the Physical World strand of the Science & Technology curriculum. They will build on skills previously developed in which they constructed simple machines as experiential learning opportunities.

Their educators will scaffold the Design Thinking process and students will have opportunities throughout the week to design and build their own Rube Goldberg machine.

All materials will be re-used and included in our makerspaces to ensure sustainable solutions as identified in a previous inquiry on how we might re-use materials.
